Welded butterfly valves use precision J-shaped elastic sealing rings and three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealing structures, and are widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤ 425 ℃. They are used to regulate flow and load and break fluids. Welded butterfly valves are divided into cast steel welded butterfly valves, stainless steel welded butterfly valves, and chromium molybdenum steel welded butterfly valves. Welded butterfly valves adopt a three eccentric structure, and the valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and long service life. This valve can have two-way sealing function, and the product meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
