Electric telescopic butterfly valve is an industrial valve device widely used in pipeline systems in food, medicine, chemical, petroleum and other fields. It is suitable for working environments with temperature ≤ 80 ℃ and nominal pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, and complies with national standards such as GB/T12238 and JB/T8527. The flange connection size conforms to the GB/T9113/9115 series standards. Its nominal diameter covers DN50-2000mm, and its materials include industrial materials such as cast steel and stainless steel.

This valve adopts a vertical plate or three eccentric structure design, which has the functions of regulating flow, cutting off medium, and compensating for pipeline thermal expansion and contraction. The sealing part can be adjusted and replaced, supporting metal hard sealing and elastic sealing forms, with an opening and closing time of 15-60 seconds, and supporting multiple manual/electric/pneumatic driving modes. The actuator is equipped with dual limit, overheating, and overload protection, with a protection level of IP67. It can be installed at any angle and is compatible with 4-20mA standard signal control. The expansion joint is designed with the same diameter as the butterfly valve, which can relieve pipeline stress and is suitable for bidirectional medium flow.
